FINDING THE LAB
Once you pull in the parking lot, continue straight for about 150 yards past the first building, then park and you will see suite 209 on your left. If the door is locked, I’m currently not in the office. If we are scheduled, you simply beat me there and I’ll be right over. Please text if you arrive and find a locked door.
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
Please provide at least 48 hour notice of cancellation. You may be charged if cancellation occurs inside of the 48 hours window. Any additional costs will be due on the day of the fit.
EMG / MUSCLE STUDY / RUNNING GAIT
Wear or bring running clothes. Leggings or full length tights won’t work, shorts are required. Don’t workout prior to the appointment. Rested muscles work best for the EMG study.
BIKE VO2 TEST
Wear or bring cycling clothes. Don’t workout prior to the appointment and come ready to physically push hard. You can either bring your bike or use my Peloton. If you use my Peloton, you can bring your pedals and shoes.
RUN VO2 TEST
Wear or bring running clothes. Don’t workout prior to the appointment and come ready to physically push hard.
METACHECK / RMR METABOLIC TEST
Leave 2 hours from your last meal to the time of your test. Don’t workout the day of your test. Avoid caffeine or leave a minimum of 4 hours from your last intake. Take all Rx daily meds as needed. Avoid over the counter stimulants and or decongestants that raise your heart rate.
PELOTON BIKE FIT
Wear or bring your typical spinning attire. Bring your cycling shoes and pedals unless we’ve assured I have the same pedals in my Lab. You may need to bring your saddle component, check prior to appointment to confirm.
