Tools and Methods:

  • Comprehensive Testing: VO2 testing, glucose monitoring, and strategic bloodwork review.

  • Dietary Interventions: Tailored eating plans that emphasize nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory, and often elimination-based diets.

  • Lifestyle Modifications: Recommendations for exercise, stress management, exogenous toxins, and sleep hygiene.

  • Supplementation: Targeted use of vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other supplements to address deficiencies or support healing.

Cost: $400 for 4 weeks / 12 week minimum
We work closely on a daily basis for 4 weeks and use glucose monitoring (CGM or glucometer), food logging, energy and mood scores, and blood work analysis as needed. Creating weekly targets, we have measurable goals making managing your new ideals doable.
