Optimized Coaching Plan
You want it all. Nutrition, Strength Workouts, Annual Planning, Blood Glucose Management, Monthly Zoom Meetings, unlimited phone and text interaction, and fully customized workouts with weekly data review. Marathon or Ultra PR. Boston Qualify. Longevity in Sport. Road and MTB Racing. Athlete interaction is required through text, email, phone, and workout data uploads. Each athlete is responsible for communicating with their coach in order to make the most of this plan.
Cost: $350/4 weeks
