Recurring Services and Billing
All recurring services provided by our company are considered ongoing unless and until a cancellation request is submitted. Clients must submit their cancellation request in writing via email or text message. The cancellation request must include the client’s name, service details, and a clear statement of intent to cancel the recurring service.
Billing for recurring services will continue until the cancellation request is received and processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your cancellation request. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation via your preferred method of contact.
Failure to submit a cancellation request will result in continued billing for services, as these are ongoing until formally canceled. Verbal requests or stopping payment without notification will not be considered a valid cancellation.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice will result in the full charge of the appointment fee. This policy ensures that we can efficiently manage our schedule and offer availability to other clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via email or text message with your name, appointment details, and reason for cancellation. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Pre-Payment Requirement
All appointments must be prepaid at the time of booking. This ensures your spot is reserved and confirms your commitment to the scheduled time. Payment will be made through our secure online system. Please note that failure to prepay for your appointment will result in the appointment not being scheduled.
