Initial Consultation
Every individual begins with consultation to determine if you’re a good fit for the program. At this time you will discuss options regarding bloodwork and other tests possibly needed as well as current fasting glucose metrics.
VO2 & RMR Metabolic Testing
Our next step is to gather data on your exercise tolerance and resting metabolic rate to develop goals. This will provide ideal heart rate training zones as well as give us insight into your oxygen utilization and provide us caloric expenditure.
Dietary Guidance
We will provide you with a plan of what to add and what to avoid. Small steps will be taken as not to overwhelm you at first.
Glucose Monitoring
