1. Mission and Goals
Mission Statement:
From athletes to longevity and disease prevention, our passion is working with motivated individuals who have goals of living their best life. We help individuals remove limits so they can perform at their best and achieve whatever goal they may dream up. From improving current movement patterns to helping reduce or eliminate chronic pain, we thrive on helping individuals find the best version of themselves.Social Media Objectives: I am looking to gain followers, improve engagement, promote services, and increase local visibility.
2. Target Audience
Demographics: Age 10-75, I work with young athletes who are talented and want to make the most out of their years in school sports as well as 20+ yo athletes who want to push into the adult racing scene, be it marathons, Ironman, ultra 100 mile events, bike racing, etc. I work with both male and female athletes.
Client Base: My ideal clients are hyper motivated individuals who prioritize being their best in life, training, racing and daily performance.
Pain Points: My clients come to me when they want to race better/faster, achieve a goal and need a coach to guide the way, fix metabolic syndrome issues associated with diabetes and blood glucose, and want to generally feel better doing what they love. I help riders feel comfortable and gain more power on their bike with RETUL 3D motion capture bike fits. I provide cardio-metabolic data via VO2 testing so they can improve their training and maintain the highest levels of health. I use EMG (electroymography) to evaluate and reprogram individuals neuromuscular firing patterns and improve movement patterns to help prevent injuries.
