We assist you with monitoring and analyzing glucose data, fasting and post-prandial (after meals), determining the effect that food is having on your body.

Our Process

We will be taking steps to teach you about healthy glucose levels and how to achieve them

We will instruct you to purchase a glucometer if you don’t already have one. Once you have that in hand, we will give you detailed instructions on testing times.

We have over 10 years of analyzing glucose data and will look at your numbers as soon as you send them to us. If you’re interested in a CGM (continual glucose monitor) we will review as we receive data dumps from your monitor.

Our program is 100% data driven and designed by your glucose readings. After reviewing your numbers, we provide support to improve glucose tolerance and fat utilization.
