Do you know how your glucose performs with your current diet? my glucose runs high (fasting >100 / 2 hours post meal > 130) I don't have a problem, my glucose is always perfect (fasting <90 / 2 hour post meal close to 100) my glucose tends to be too low it varies greatly with what I eat Are there any foods you avoid?
